Description

Act 6- Crisis.png A Marionette skill that drags nearby enemies closer to your puppet. This part of the performance is the moment of crisis for the hero, when all hope is lost and she must draw upon her innermost strength.

Details

  • Requires a summoned Pierrot Marionette or Colossus Marionette and a control bar equipped.
  • The marionette attaches strings onto all surrounding enemies and pulls them towards the marionette.
    • Both marionettes act similarly when using Crisis.
    • Stamina will continue to be drained until skill is performed or cancelled.
    • The marionette may temporarily hold the aggro of all enemies affected by the attack.
      • This effectiveness is determined by the skill rank and the CP of the enemy.
    • The marionette will gain a temporary Defense and Protection boost after successfully using Crisis. Both the marionette and the player will also temporarily receive Advanced Heavy Stander.
    • Being attacked after successfully loading the skill will grant one second Advanced Heavy Stander to both the marionette and the player.
    • Enemies with Advanced Heavy Stander as well as Barrier Spikes will not be affected by the pull, but are still harmed by the attack.
    • Mimics and Sulfur Golems that are in hiding will also be affected.
  • There is a temporary moment of invincibility for all enemies drawn by Crisis. Beware of interrupting party members.
  • Ignores Defense, Counterattack, Lance Counter, Chain: Counter Punch, and Melee Auto Defense.
  • Unlike other act skills, Act 6: Crisis can be used even if an obstacle separates the player and the marionette, so as long as the marionette can reach the target.
  • Unlike other melee skills, Act 6: Crisis is a distance-based skill and therefore aims for the center of the target's hitbox. As a result, monsters with very large hitboxes, such as the Giant Spider, may be difficult to target properly.
  • Each successful use will increase the marionette's Spirit Gauge by 10%.

Skill Issues

  • Control Marionette does not properly reduce the skill's cooldown.
    • This can be remedied by unsummoning and then resummoning the marionette after using the skill.
  • There are certain instances that the skill is triggered but does not pull in enemies.
