Crystal Ball Rock Paper Scissors Event

Description
Welcome Milletian, come a little closer and I shall read your fortune. The crystal ball is telling me that this Halloween, bad luck will shine treasures upon you. This year, if you lose many of your Rock, Paper, Scissors games...treasures will rain from the sky.
- Talk to Caravan Joe in Dunbarton to obtain your Rock, Paper, Scissors Match Book
- He will supply you with 1 Rock, Paper, and Scissors ticket; use these to pick your move in match
- You can obtain more by staying logged in. You'll get one random ticket every 10 minutes
- A max of 30 tickets can be obtained per real life day
- You must lose 200 matches to complete the quest

Event Buffs
Special Buffs can be earned by losing matches. Buffs can only be obtained once per real life day.
- Life Skill Training EXP x 1.3

- Receive an additional Shadow Mission EXP after first completion
- "Win" by losing 12 matches
- Will NOT affect Avon Martial Arts Competition, Round 1
Note: All buffs will last for 2 hours. All buffs will reset the next day at 7AM no matter what duration it's in.

After losing 200 matches, you'll receive a Halloween Rock, Paper, Scissors gift box! You can ONLY choose one item from the box, so choose wisely!

Basic Information
- Speak to Caravan Joe who is located by the Lorna in Dunbarton Square to obtain a Lose-to-Win Rock Paper Scissors Match Book.
- Your matches are recorded in the book.
- If you destroy the book, speak to Caravan Joe to receive a new one.
- Your records will reset if you destroy the book.
- Your matches are recorded in the book.
- Every 10 minutes real-time, you will receive any one of the following:
- Rock Match Ticket
- Paper Match Ticket
- Scissors Match Ticket
- You may only receive up to 30 tickets each day. This resets at 12:00am PST100.
- To request a match, right click the Rock Paper Scissors Match Book, and select Notify.
- You may not request a match while the Log Off penalty is applied.
- A purple sign with a random slogan will appear above your character.
- Another player may request a match by clicking on the sign above your character.
- You may not join another player's request while advertising.
- You may click your own sign to cancel the advertisement
- The requester must wait for the notified player to accept or decline the match.
- The requester may cancel the match by selecting Cancel while waiting.
- If multiple players request, only notification from the last requester will appear.
- Both player will have 5 seconds to select a hand to use.
- It is possible to change the selection during the countdown.
- Both players will reveal the hand used and will determine the winner and loser.
- If either player enters Combat Mode, the match will end with no loss of tickets.
- If both players end in a draw, you will not lose a ticket and will continue playing.
- If both players end in 5 draws, the game will end for both players and no ticket will be used.
- If a player leaves the area, disconnects, or channel changes during the match, the one that did not will receive an automatic win.
- The bonus effects reset at 12:00am PST100.
- Despite the event having ended, players may still start and participate in Rock Paper Scissor games given at least one participant still has a Rock Paper Scissors Match Book both participants have tickets left.
- Buffs will not be given.
