"Debuff damage is based on the player's attack range rather than the skill's initial damage."

I think this quote is saying something other than what it supposed to mean. It needs a serious rephrasal because the DOT damage is based off character's damage.

Master Title

What does it do?? As far as I was aware, music buff effect has no effect on dischord.. Anyone know what the +7 'Dischord effect' on the master title actually does?

Ebrithil of Ruari (talk)21:43, 3 January 2014

Slower movement and damage over time. Unsure about damage, but the do seem slower from what I see.

When knocking down with Dischord

When the knockback of Dischord becomes knockdown due to Deadly status or critical hit, there is a 3-4 second delay before the Assault Slash skill can be used, and/or before knockDOWN is registered. Should this be noted under the "Causes impacted..." bullet?

PcTriumph21:44, 30 July 2012

Its caused by Knockdown, not Dischord. Putting that there would be pretty redundant...

Infodude57522:06, 30 July 2012

The delay when the knockdown is registered is much longer than normal when knocking a monster into deadly with a regular attack. I have been forced to wait 3-4 seconds before using Assault Slash after knocking an enemy into deadly when using Dischord, compared to the some .5 or less seconds when using a normal attack, or most skills.

Poison Resistance

Does Poison Resistance have any affect on Dischord?

Infodude57513:05, 26 July 2012

Poison is just a visual effect. An entirely different status.

Ah, thought that would work...

Infodude57513:11, 26 July 2012

Does Defense/Protection have something against sustained damage though? Rank F did only 1 dmg against a Adv Bronze Bone Fighter.

Infodude57513:33, 26 July 2012

How much damage did your dischord do?

200~

Infodude57513:35, 26 July 2012

300+

FYI I am melee with mostly STR (about 120-150)

Psymaiko13:18, 29 July 2012

... What?

Infodude57516:24, 29 July 2012

You forgot about damage multipliers :D...

S•A•R•I•A16:25, 29 July 2012

Damage range: 77~106
Balance: 80%
Rank F Dischord

Black Dire Wolf took 300~ Dischord Damage and received 31s, which in no way is 30% of 300. So I can confirm that Dischord's DoT is based on your attack and not the damage Dischord did.

Infodude57516:57, 29 July 2012

Ehh then I have no clue x.x

Movement speed debuff

I find 5 seconds to debuff isn't nearly decent enough because this skill knocks them down, and they stay down for about 500 miliseconds AFTER 2 seconds of stun (based on the summary).

Meaning when you use this skill, the time the enemy will be moving slowly is about 2.5 seconds?

Dra6o0n08:54, 27 July 2012

Now that I think about it... is it possible that the "stun" is caused by the slowdown? I've noticed that their animations slowdown after being hit by Dischord, including the knockback part.

Infodude57509:39, 27 July 2012

Splash or AoE?

This skills can kill multiple monsters, but not sure which I should call it.

Anubis08:10, 26 July 2012

Seems to be splash.. since I got hit by another monsters counter.

Anubis08:12, 26 July 2012

It's splash, AoE is way different.

Pay attention to the wave that comes out when you use it, it comes out like a spray, so the angle and direction of your target will make it spray in that direction...

Strange that they didn't make it area based so you can click anywhere to use it towards that direction (like charged fist).

Dra6o0n18:05, 26 July 2012

What is stun time if not stun?

Idk... Isn't that the length of its KB or something?

Its not the same as Charge though, since I have seen enemies load skills.
