Talk:Flying Sword

From Mabinogi World Wiki

In my research, Flying Swords DO NOT have Rank 5 Lightning Bolt. Monsters can cast Magic faster than humans, even if they are the same rank. Look at Dark Rat Men for instance, they seem to have Rank 5 Lightning Bolt and cast extremly faster than Swords. I suggest we delete this fact about the Flying Swords. Shadowboy132

I'm not certain about this, but alot of the people I've talked to say that the flying swords in Rundal drop arrow revolver pages as well. I'll look into it some more.

Black Flying Swords Dropping Thunder Page 2

Do the Black Flying Swords drop Thunder Page 2? I know here it doesn't state they do, but I was just curious if that was information that was forgotten, perhaps. --Price 08:54, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

It doesn't. Fifty 18:54, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

The Skeleton Flying Sword picture

I have a really bad habit of noticing things very slowly, but a character's name shows in that pic, at the bottom, and could probably VERY easily be cropped out...or should it be just left like that? =x.. I don't like doing things without someones permission, especially if it regards a picture. =x.... --♫ѕταя♪ 01:01, 16 July 2009 (UTC)

I believe it's encouraged that users replace images that violate the policy, so it's perfectly fine if you go ahead and edit it. Anyway, I cropped the image. --Aramet 01:42, 16 July 2009 (UTC)

Strategy

Since after being knocked back the load defense, and after being hit while in defense they use lightning, couldn't you just keep meleeing them? Referring to the first flying sword.Novaix 03:18, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

usualy yes, but they do ocasionaly mele you when hit in defence.--Sozen Cratos Focker 03:42, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
Occaisionally would entail what, 50%? 10%? 75%?Novaix (using a wierd computer so can't type tildes. Check history of the page if you don't think it's me XP)
don't remember just how often. at high ice ranks u can kill them b4 they lvl, and i have rank 1 ice and crit. never need to mele them anymore.
it's not really a certain % of the time but based on some other condition. maybe distance from you to it, or current hp/sp/mp.
