So... how long has the merge notice been there for and why has nothing been done about it?
Do we even need the diagram in the bottom of this page?
Agreed, is there any place we can post important things that need to be dealt with (like merges) that don't die into the abyss? (Like the font page's talk page.)
I wonder how many things died into the abyss...
Before I go and delete this page, what do you guys think about the diagram and scenario provided? It also appears that the Actions page is much more dated than this page.
The diagram could be kept, I guess. A visual example is better than no example.
Doesn't that diagram also apply to normal L-Rod Exploration?
From the scenario given, the L-Rod range has a higher finding radius when using the action compared to the land maker action. Due to this, you may have to use the Land Maker action several times before uncovering the artifact.
By range, do you mean:
- L-Rod Exploration's search radius is higher than Land Maker's? Or
- Normal L-Rod's detection range is higher than Land Maker L-Rods?
I can't say for sure. The information here is too outdateed and I gathered that it could probably mean the land maker action. So far, Everyone that ever used one said the range of detection is smaller.
after a bit of testing...L-Rod Detection is terrible for Land Maker and the finding radius with land maker action is horrid compared to L-Rod Exploration action, which is the same for the two (or so it appears).
I suggest merging this with the Actions page, but later moving it to the Exploration Mastery page once NA gets it.
- Exploration Mastery; increases expl exp from quests, from L-rodding, from sketching, increases L-rod range, artifacts appear on maps at higher ranks, starting r5 you can find Woc Dungeon (do NOT ask yet, I know you will).
- Artifact Appraisal; lets you appraise and restore artifacts but has like 1 or 5 minute cooldown I think. Same thing as Voight but there is 0% chance of destroying artifact on appraisal. It may or may not be able to give a higher or lower quality than Voight's repairs, not sure yet.
- Emergency Escape; 0-load time skill that instantly drops aggro from you, has a cooldown and limited amount of time before you are forced to cancel the skill. (Yes giants can get it. Though this is not exploration related, it's from the same hero talent.)
I'll add them to the patches page later, lets wait a bit more.
Hm, did they actually do anything with the current Exploration stuff or no? Like, new quests, adjusted EXP. Also, does that Exploration EXP bonus include monsters as well?
Adjusted exp, raised expl lvl cap to 50, and redid the expl exp formula. I think they added new quests but not sure. As far as I can tell, Exploration Mastery has no effect on expl exp from monsters (including from hobgoblins) or from just turning in statues from gachapons or rafting shop, so rafting would be unchanged.
Well that's good... and bad? Which update is it in?
