What does that do? Freeze the enemy like Frozen Blast? I heard its something like Dischord?
It's just like dischord. It lasts around 7 seconds and does continouos damage every second while slowing the monster down. From what I can tell, the damage seems to be 10% of your max. Effected by defense and protection. It turns monsters blue instead of purple. I haven't really done any tests on the damage or anything really, but I think some monsters like red dragon are immune to the effect entirely. Well I never got it to activate on him. I'm still not sure if it only activates from normal attacks or skills. Usually happens when I'm not paying attention, but seems to activate pretty well from normal attacks. Will test more when I get home if I have to.
