It's kind of weird that it restores so much Hunger (133 points, wow), but it's true. The "weight/upper/lower +30" thing, I had to remove, though.
Tested this: I had 1000 Max Stamina. 84% Hunger
I ate/drank the tea.
Hunger shot up to 97% (133 stam = ~13% of max stamina, so that's still true), but after waiting I didn't balloon up.
I'll test it again just to make sure, but at the very least, the food now gives a pretty nice boost to HP.
