I'm moving the discussion here because it's potentially a public issue.

I think the guy's a bot or a mindless troll, since he never responded. Mikaya's video is fine as it is and doesn't need to be replaced.

He's definitely not a bot or he'd have made the change at much more regular intervals. He started to slow down on the edits towards the end so he was probably losing steam. That said, if there's still no response after a while, we can probably unprotect the page and see if he comes back. If he continues to replace the video without giving a reason, then clearly that means he can't follow the wiki policy and should be disallowed from editing the wiki.

He also seemed to have simply be using the wiki, to advertise his own video on Youtube.

Considering the fact that we tried to interrogate question him five or six times, I still think he's just a mindless troll and/or along with Sakura's point.

I would prefer if he could contribute to the discussion, after which I can unlock the page naturally and there will be no needs for any other preventative measures.

He (or someone) also flagged my video on youtube as well. Naturally, I had it taken care of and I'm in the clear with youtube again.

He's obviously not going to meaningfully contribute if he's using multiple accounts to make his edits and flagging the other video on YouTube.

I'm unlocking this and banning him for a while I guess. I gave him every opportunity to discuss it.

So are we sure the Japanese actors who voiced NA were the same JP actors who voiced JP? They might still be different despite nationality.

I've only heard of a Drama CD where Kakihara Tetsuya was Merlin, Koshimizu Ami as Starlet (Aria), and Sugita Tomokazu as Professor J.

In the MSXspirit or w/e, There are 7 voices for males and 7 for females. 2 of them are actually used for NA.

Japan has only one voice per sex, which rules out that we have JP voices. We actually have a slightly modified KR soundbank, in addition to that the voices aren't from the soundbanks, they're used from the .pack file.

No, we got JP's .dls pack. The voice files used are #121 (male) and #122 (female). It's just that NA did not take out the KR voices and left it in their position.

Unless I'm mistaken, it also gives 15 music buff effect like Playing Instrument, just want to be sure before asking. Also, I have two questions. Do the 15 music buff effect from playing stack with singing? Does singing have a better effect on crops than playing? Do the time reductions of playing and singing stack?

Yes but does the mbe or the crop time stack between the two skills? And on another note, starting r6 you can sing without a mic. Does the 15 music buff effect from singing apply when not using a mic?

Yes it does. It's just playing instrument's 15 does not stack with singing's 15.

I wonder if equipping an instrument with +buff effect would affect singing without affecting the instrument's durability.

You still use the instrument if you have the buff with r5+ singing, but the +15 music buff from singing stacks with the +15 from playing instrument, so without anything else but those two at r1, you get 30 music buff enhancement, which is nifty.

You have to have Song at Rank 5 and an Instrument equipped for this to work, right?

Right, I asked this before the update. I already found that the buff effect from both skills affects both skills. And no, you don't need to Rank 5 Song. I think you will get the bonus regardless of how high rank you are in either skill.

Using a Rank F skill, it appears it does stack. 15 from my r1 playing + 8 from enchants/upgrades and +11 from my current song rank (Rank 5) = 34
