Theatre vs Theater

Do Talent levels replace their entry requirements, or are they still the same

I'm an avid spammer of theater missions and I gotta say, I've never seen a purple spotlight. I have noticed that if you manage to get multiple spotlights at once, the newer spotlight's effects will override the older one's, but for some reason, sometimes you'll have both color spotlights at once, giving you what seems to be a new color. The purple spotlight supposedly gives a critical bonus, but because the blue spotlight does too because of the added will and luck. Is it possible that whoever added that just happened to have a red spotlight overwritten by a blue one but had both spotlight graphics? Or are purple spotlights just that rare?

I infrequently spam theater missions, but I have yet to see a purple spotlight as well. I think that it is possible that the red spotlight was overwritten by a blue one, but I've done this several times before and never experienced this "purple" effect. Nevertheless, I doubt it exists.
