So it all depends on how far we're going with anime here.
... you're missing the point and context~ Here's the long version of it with an explanation: inb4 someone's dumb enough to say vocaloid is an anime in order to use it as a counter-argument, only to look like a fool for not knowing vocaloid isn't an anime.

I'm going to go with Blargel on this one. It would be too confusing to decide which server should be prioritized and for all we know we could get content KR doesn't and JP does and what not.
