it says Shena wasn't present to sell ingredients, but I saw her, but in a different place. in Emain Town Square. Though her shop seemed to not work. There was an option to open her shop, but the window never poped up
Yup, that's a glitch. (Although I only saw her and wasn't able to access her store before ever talking to them and after saving them. When I needed to get ingredients, she wasn't anywhere.)
