The scooter imp's incessant jibes decrease enemy Protection and Defense, stacking up to 5 times. They also buff the imp's escape skill. Once out of hearing range, enemies regain their composure after a little bit. If the scooter imp is de-summoned while the imp is in state where it can't use the skill or enemies are in a state where they can't be attacked, the de-summon skill won't activate. |
