Description

With a familiar wrinkle around his mouth,
he speaks with a cold and dry voice that flows through his tightly clenched teeth.

Lezarro is the duke of the Tara Rath Royal Castle, and is Andras' adoptive father. He sells various collection and party quests. He doesn't appear to show much emotion when he hears about the fate of his subordinates when you complete the quest require for Neamhain's Clues.

He also owns the northern vineyard in Blago Prairie, and has some rivalry with Eluned.

As the duke, he appoints the status of Grandmaster for Talents.

Lugh's Sudden Return

The Milletian meets with Lezarro on Admiral Owen's request to investigate what is happening in Tara. Lezarro is in disbelief of what had happened as he explains that an assassin killed Ethur Mac Cuill the Second. Without the King, he feels helpless and wishes that he was assassinated instead. He attempts to say that the assassin was a Milletian, but then changes to "someone suspicious," realizing that the person in front of them is a Milletian. He steps back from the Milletian and requests that they go see Princess Eirawen, who is, oddly enough, searching for a Milletian.
