A seal that grants 10 Training EXP. Raises the overall EXP of a skill without modifying any of the training method counts. Can only be used on skills that are below rank one and can be advanced. (not tradable)
Limitations
Bound to the player
Cannot be traded, or mailed to other players
Cannot be used on Rank 1 Skills
Cannot be transferred to other characters in the same account or stored on pets.
Cannot be stored in bank
Can only be used on skills that have Dan ranks available
