A deed that can be used to retrieve 90% of the money placed as a bid for a shop. The other 10% is kept as a service fee for the issuance of bonds and other real estate/financial transaction services.
Deposit it in a bank to transfer the bond's balance to your account, just as you would a check.
Can't be traded or used at a shop. (Not Tradable outside of your account)

Details

• This check carries 90% of the money placed as a bid for a Marketplace Shop.
• Depositing a Registered Bond into the Bank will reward the player with the full amount of gold that their Bank can hold, and then reduce the Registered Bond's value by the appropriate amount.
  • In effect, the Registered Bond acts as a one-way Gold Pouch.
• There is a 10% processing fee for writing this check.
  • Unlike regular Checks, players with Premium Service will still incur this processing fee.

Limitations

Cannot be sold to NPCs.
Cannot be sold in personal shops.
Cannot be traded with others.
Can be dropped.
Cannot be picked up by others.
Cannot be stored in pets.
Can be stored in the bank.
Can be withdrawn by others.

Methods to Obtain

• Lose a Marketplace Shop naturally or from tax delinquency.
• Lose a bid for a Marketplace Shop and fail to cancel your bid in the next 7 days.
