Bebhinn's portrait was changed from a Caucasian female to a Native American during the American Localization. Her, in the Generation 2 update, was changed to a black woman.

I remember having a feather bandana, having her arms out, and having taned skin. But she changed ethnicity at G2. - A Random User 00:07, 29 September 2009 (UTC)

I just noticed that Bebhinn Merchant License No. 1 is no longer in Bebhinn's shop... Does it no longer exist in the game?
