Wait, Categories...

Note on the Tailoring said the Boots aren't Categorized as Shoes... Does that mean they don't follow the normal Repair cost rules? Should "/shoes" be taken out of this item's Template? Or was that just referring to Tailoring? *flails* orz

You shouldn't really be changing the Category key arbitrarily since it's internal data. I don't really know the tailoring thing you mean tho.

On the Daby Scots Plaid Boots for Women page - under the table that displays the Tailoring Details, there's a bullet that notes "Daby Scot Plaid Boots do not receive bonuses (grade, skill, talent) because it is not categorized as shoes."

I only added /shoes/ because the Repair costs under "Magic Equip" were not showing up correctly (unless it really does cost 71k all the time o.O; ) - and incorrect Repair Cost typically means that some part of the |Category that is required to correctly calculate Repairs is missing.

Also, is itemdb still down? That's what I've used to see internal data in the past (e.g. BuyPrice), but that resource appears unavailable right now @.@

If it's something like that, the repair table switchy thing may be off too. Some things really do hit the default table though, it's best to check the specific item in game.

If someone can confirm the costs I can update it appropriately. If you're really concerned it's wrong, I would suggest setting the repair values to ? manually instead of changing the Categories, because that affects a lot of things besides repair (eg enchants).

There is a new db thing but I don't remember it offhand and Nexon doesn't like those sites anyway so prolly shouldn't link it.
