My suit shows 0/3 upgrades.
Is it something that isn't released yet? I'm just wondering why the uni says it, if it's not possible.
So far as I know there aren't magic clothing upgrades on any server. If I had to take a guess it's probably listed with 0/3 because all (i think) clothing has that on there and it might've been a default template they worked with and never changed. OR it could've been a feature they planned to release and never wound up doing so. These are just a couple guess. Either way they can't be upgraded.
