The picture on the cover seems to have some significance, but you can't guess at what it could mean. It can be turned in to Arzhela for 30,000 to 60,000 Gold and 90,000 to 112,000 EXP (amount is random).
Methods to Obtain
Shadow Missions
The book can only be obtained after collecting all nine pieces. This section lists the Shadow Missions in which the book pieces appear on the ground in several rooms. The pieces will appear as sparkles unless the character is equipped with a Monocle, which allows them to be seen as an actual item and picked up.
