I read it wrong.

I didn't realize how wrong I was on this part, entering after noon does award you the 1-4 scraps, had to see it for myself the third time. Damn.

I think it's actually something going on server side, and not incorrect information.. I did all sorts of combinations, starting and ending at specific times, took about 20 runs to actually get 4~8, and that was hell.
