After becoming 3-hit does attack delay also decrease?

After rank 9's hit boost and stun decrease, does the attack delay at the end of a combo also decrease?

Seeing as I have it R9 myself now, yeah you're right. Big problem is it makes it really difficult to defend yourself after. Even with lance counter. I'm de-nagled and pretty lagless and I can just barely get Lance Counter up in time. Guess lances were just meant for giant, since they can just N+Smash anyway...

By the way, does anyone else with r9+ mastery want to note how much reaction time they have right after a lance combo?
