This is actually something that's been bugging me for a while now.

How do the boat times work? At a glance they seem random...

I'm pretty sure they're periodic, every x minutes. Though, I don't know if they're aligned with ingame clock times (like part time jobs) or every x minutes after server restart (like commerce restock/price changes).

Isn't it like every 3 minutes while docked and another 3 minutes for departure and arrival?
