On whether or not this is an Elemental wand

I performed damage tests and this wand is definitely a Fire wand on-release, so I suspect that it is also an Ice and a Lightning wand, just like the Divine Tribolt wand. Unlike the normal Celtic Tribolt Wand, which is not.
