Are inaccurate. The skill in no way enables or disables you to gather eggs, it just increases your ability to gather eggs, and pretty much the entire Details section is irrelevant to the actual skill, its moreso referring of the process of gathering. Rather, we should be talking about what the skill increases. The same is true for all the other G17S1 Life Skills. I don't want to touch those pages without first consulting it here.

You automatically get it by gathering eggs. So in essence. Technically... In G17. you have no way of gathering eggs without it being governed by said skill.

Technically, we already have the mastery, but it's hidden and stuck at rank...F or novice or something.

And I assume it's copy-paste error that the milking page says it also applies to poison and water gathering? Or do you know something?
