Problem Reporting a ticket to nexon

ive had a recent loss of nx and and unexplained waste on a mablestory item/s or what the item/s are for(never played it before or got it on any of my comps) and upon trying to get to the ticket page i recieved a 505 page. i would like to know if any others are having the ticket problem that im having

It's just a temporary problem. It occurs often. Try again next time.

Well, the loss of NX isn't an error; it's a problem experienced by many people. The best way would be to lock that maplestory account out to prevent further damage. The ticket error's a temporary problem, as Kevin said.

thing is i never have played mablestory and that being said have no mablestory account

Afaik, you can't solely lock the maplestory account without locking the entire account. There have been recent hacking of player's account where NX is transfered to other people via Maplestory Trading System. I'm not sure that this is your case, though.

Well, I think there's a 9 digit PIN on maplestory to lock the characters with that you could do. It's done with a soft keyboard, so I don't think it'll be breakable.
