On whether or not this is an Elemental Wand

The testing that was done for the change to the template calculated the wand bonus to be the same. Making a change because you don't believe it is not appropriate, you should construct your own controlled tests to illustrate why something is incorrect if it is not plainly visible. If changes to the magic damage formula were made by Nexon, then it should be noted.

I did perform my own testing and failed to confirm any wand bonus existed. You claim to have done the test in Jan 2021 and found an indication that the wand bonus is identical; I'd love to see your numbers.
