Desert Fox Rag Doll Summon Time Change

can you change the summon time of the Desert Fox Rag Doll from 10 seconds to 180 seconds ( 3 minutes )? I had difficulty figuring out how the new weapon template worked and I still can't figure it out lol.

That's not something you can change via the data template. It's built into the template.

Very late reply, but no. Normal users cannot edit the template. I protected it because it's a very complicated template and constant editing will lag the wiki. Sorry.
