Uh, I don't think EMM is JUST for Bows? Can't Crossbows use it too?

If crossbows were made before Elven Magic Missile, I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't included, but they were made before any differences were distinguished between Bows and Crossbows so they probably are included. That being said, you can't Elven Magic Missile with a staff, only wands and archery weapons.

I'm pretty sure they were made in the beginning of time.
