Cleaning up skill templates

Well, just a few things wrong with the SkillRowTemplate:
- lightning bolt is listed twice.
- there isn't a section for fighter skills.
The main issue is that every skill has the colour code listed after it, which is unnecessary:
|Spirit Weapon Awakening=DE4A21
|Spirit Sword Awakening=DE4A21
|Spirit Bow Awakening=DE4A21
|Spirit BW Awakening=DE4A21
could be simplified to:
|Spirit Weapon Awakening
|Spirit Sword Awakening
|Spirit Bow Awakening
|Spirit BW Awakening=DE4A21
