Is there a "move" template for images, or something?

For example, and some of its variants was incorrectly uploaded a couple of minutes ago, so now it's not showing up on the Portia's Earrings page's pictures. Should redirects be made here, or reuploads+delete request, or a form of cataloging so they can be moved?

Normally, people just use the Delete template with a message saying to move it, and the admins take care of it.
