Where does it say he's Carasek's twin? (Ignoring all laziness of not making new character portraits and appearance.)
Both NPCs have the exact same portrait, so they must be twins.
He didn't say it though... Either that or I didn't look hard enough.
Are their keyword responses and etc identical as well? I'm pretty sure this is just a copy-paste-rename, a place holder.
