I need help again, and this time I can't figure it out

On my user page under the stats and skills section, I figured out how to get tabs in a collapsible box or whatever, but no matter what I try I just can't get a table into a tab similar to the spirit weapon item list, the template doesn't help show how it works. Can someone please tell me how to do this along with how to put a tab in another tab?

That's not a table inside a tab, just some text inside it, check my user page to see what i'm trying to do.

ok, just noticed it's actually fixed but I know I didn't do it, so thank you to whoever fixed it for me and i will use it for the rest of the tabs. This thread I made can be deleted now.
