Ice Spear
My edit located here.
I had the exploration journal completed and received the reward without the quest on accident, but then when I went to go restart the Ice Spear quest by speaking with Tarlach, I found that I could still continue with the quest and was given the Book of Ice Spear and the quest to speak with Nele. I need more confirmation with this.
