Please stop changing the lowest applicable value of bonuses from artisan upgrades to 0. The minimum roll that a stat can get is anything above 1, unless it is not applied at all.
I have proof that sometimes you can't get 1~. If you would like, I can show you screen shots of my equips that doesn't have that stat.
As I said, the minimum roll that a stat can get is anything above 1, unless it is not applied at all. You can't roll +0 strength; it just simply wasn't applied.
Even the Artisan Upgrade says that a stat may not be applied to the upgrade, but if it is then the "'minimum' stat gain is the lowest possible amount the player would receive."
