A colored stone used to perform special upgrades on equipment that has already received a Gem Upgrade. Red Upgrade Stones increase the damage dealt by Critical Hits. The potency of this stone is capable of raising a weapon's Special Upgrade level to 7.
(Special Upgrades can be performed at Upgrade Anvils in each town.)
