Has anyone ever tried to ego one? Sure, it'd be incredibly expensive with the 10k repairs (21k, you'd really want to save dura...), and you'd probably have to hunt down the 5 dura one, but it would probably be the best ego if you wanted a shield, and didn't Dual Wield.Novaix 12:35, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

Attack power?

The attack power is listed as 35-90. However I just got a machete from the Iria Treasure Chest event and its attack power is 35-95.

So either the machetes from the event have a different attack power, or the attack power listed on the page is wrong. Can somebody confirm? --Fulvia 08:07, 2 October 2009 (UTC)

I just took a Machete to Edern to check out if it had any upgrades. Surprisingly, one showed up, but it is ??? for me. I assume this means I lack funds or proficiency. If anyone has a high prof machete, maybe they could check it out for us.

Also, are we sure the Machete isn't considered a Blunt weapon? Humans cant dual wield it, and it uses the Blunt animations.

Humans can dualwield every one-handed sword. (Sword of Elsinore being an example. [Although that sword in specific can be dualwielded with other swords not of the same type.])

Old thread but I somehow forgot to respond to this or accidentally marked as read. I meant, there aren't 1-handed swords humans can't dual wield, but there are 1-handed weapons that humans cannot dual wield. It not gaining a bonus from Sword Mastery, but still training, obviously excels its confusion of type. Has anyone tested if it still cannot be dual wielded, gains or trains sword mastery, or what spirit crystal it uses to ego?

...I find this hard to believe, but it gives me a possible reason to make a new ego on my elf...but she's in limbo for the time being thanks to nexon's stupidity...(character crash)
