Talk:Wish Upon a Shooting Star (2009)

From Mabinogi World Wiki

Anyone know exactly where they fall?--Leyuu 21:04, 14 October 2009 (UTC)

Waited at North Cor Metallurgy Beach from 6pm to 2am, no shooting stars sighted. Rumours be false.-Winterbreeze

Actually, it would make more sense if they only fell on beaches near the people who sold the books. :D Beepuke 03:26, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
You....have a very good point there. o_o;;--♫ѕταя♪ταιқ♪ 14:07, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Maybe, or maybe not. I was at Qilla beach for days and days. During two of them, no stars fell. There must be some falling in the morning somewhere since that's part of the event description.--~Shadoe 13:04, 15 October 2009 (UTC)

Maybe you were in the wrong spot. Stars start falling near 7pm at qilla beach ( west end ) and they stop falling at 3am (east end). It goes from west to east, with breaks in between locations. Example, 7pm; West end, 8pm; Central west, 11pm; Central east, 3am; East. As far as I've seen, stars fall every day in qilla. :\ --Ashe 09:38, 16 October 2009 (UTC)

This event is just NOT for me...

I just CANNOT restore fossils, probably because i don't have a computer desk because there isn't enough room in my room.--Dtdsora- no page as of yet- u can make it urself 05:28, 25 October 2009 (UTC)

You can get a friend to restore them for you. ---Angevon (Talk) 13:43, 25 October 2009 (UTC)

No rare stars

Looks like, if you can get the area to yourself, the stars are predetermined. 12 always fall at each time. Anyone want to verify this on their server? —Preceding unsigned comment added by KisaiTenshi (talkcontribs) . Please always sign your comments with the Signature.png button or by typing ~~~~!

I got 9 from one "fall-time" at qilla. I think it was the 6:30 pm one.--♫тιиα♪ταιқ♪ 14:40, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
Edit: Oh and, Aries seems to be the one most people seem to need. I was star fishing (thats what I call it ;~;) with a group of other people, and quite a few of them, including me, seemed to need Aries. Though, I remember on the first day, when I was star fishing at Calida, someone mentioned something about certain stars falling on certain days. Probably false though--♫тιиα♪ταιқ♪ 14:50, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
One day I remember Capricorn was the rarest, and then it was Aries. I think both of them may be quite rare. --KaedeKit 15:59, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
The "rarity" of the stars varies. At the beginning of the event, Cancer and Virgo were "rare" for me, but later on, Aries and Virgo ended up being "rare". Also, each "drop" of Qilla beach has 12 stars. So if any one person were to run the 4 falls of Qilla beach, and they had sufficient space, they could get 48 stars in one night.--Demaetri (Talk) 17:54, 25 October 2009 (UTC)

What's with the move?

Nexon's not going to have ANOTHER shooting star event, are they?--Dtdsora- no page as of yet- u can make it urself 02:32, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

Anything's possible with Nexon. How many treasure hunting events have we had? --- Angevon (Talk) 02:38, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
2 :D? With another treasure chest event.--♫тιиα♪ταιқ♪ 20:31, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
