Does counter damage double with dual guns with bullets or something?

It's because of 2 bullets.

Try countering with an empty chamber. Does it still double damage?

Looks like "with gun" damage is only taking into account the damage range of guns, though there really isnt enough data to be sure.

i looked at my gun and it loses dura. I can't tell if it gains prof since I special upgraded. 300K, 10 blue ups, all down the drain. Never left S1 D:
