The point of the "Trivia" section

The point of the "Trivia" section

When something like this deserves a spot in the trivia section, you might as well put other obvious and pointless things. There is a point to where trivia is no longer trivia. And it has gone past that point a long, long time ago. Although we are not Wikipedia, there are guidelines that should be followed and this is one of them.

Its not pointless. If it were just regular bread, it would be, but this is an entirely different thing BECAUSE ONLY Milletians are supposed to have that; an NPC possessing Bread from Nao heavily implies they met Nao at some point, but that's not possible BECAUSE ONLY Milletians, Morrighan, Duncan, Tarlach (through a special method), and Ruairi (for some very, very, very odd reason) can see Nao, and there's no implication whatsoever that the holy potion was mass produced (and seeing how shy Nao can be, I don't think she'd like that).

So, like you said: "ONLY Milletians are supposed to have that". So clearly there's only two possible reasons: they're milletians or it's a misplaced item.

And again, like you implied, they're not milletians. I hope you can figure the rest out.

It certainly looks like a copy/paste error by the developers, but it could just as easily be a real easter egg. Nothing we know about it is conclusive, so the trivia section is the best place for it.

I think it's a gag, due to the player being a milletian & is RPing as that character, hence why that character has a bread from nao.

I'm gonna go with copypaste error. Demote and Lelach are copypaste models of Akule and the Unknown Men are copypaste clones. Also, in some Shadow Missions, the waves are just copypastes of previous waves.
