mana reduction

Tried it again. For the first charge, the mp consumption seems to be about 16-17. I wonder if the -mp bonus from lightning mastery applies to the original mp consumption: (42*0.9*0.56)-(42*0.1)=16.97

Or in other words, the -mp consumption from lightning mastery is added, not compounded.
