In theory, with high enough HP (at least 1.2k would be needed) this skill could allow for an infinite disarm state. Does anyone know the exact recovery rate/how long it recovers for?

If it works until your health is completely refilled (excluding injuries) this would make Dark Knights extremely overpowered.

There has to be some sort of time limit that this skill will last...

 

It's not long, but it won't be long enough to allow infinite Dark Knight. I think cooldown doesn't start until the skill ends. I haven't looked into knuckle skills as of yet but it's probably going to be disabled for use during Dark Knight Trans. can't say for certain.

It's not disabled. The one video that I was able to find of the skill the user was in trans while doing it. Even if cooldown starts when the skill stops it wouldn't matter if it fully restores your HP.

Figuring in that both skills (Soul of Chaos and Recovery) are r1, the disarm only drains 10hp/s. Recovery restores 15hp/s. Hopefully it wouldn't last long enough for that extra 5hp/s to overpower Disarm, but if the user has more than 1.2k HP (10hp/s drain would make disarm last 120 seconds, the entire cooldown for Recovery, IF they had or exceeded that amount) then it is highly likely that it could create an infinite trans: The normal skill length, 120+ seconds of disarm, brief period of rest while Recovery does its job, rinse and repeat.

I suppose we'll find out in two days, but still. It's cause for concern. r6 Recovery would be enough to allow for the infinite trans, and each rank after that just shortens the rest period.

 

Yeah that's gonna be a bad thing...some revision patch or something will be taken if it becomes overused or an issue. It happens all the time when things slip away from the creator's/developer's mind.

I did the math, and with r1 Recovery it would take 240 seconds to restore your HP high enough to allow you to wait out the cooldown. So it's basically four minutes of rest for an extra two minutes of DK over and over again. It takes long enough that most people probably (read: hopefully) wouldn't have the patience to deal with it.

Then again, some (like me) would probably be perfectly fine with it. Who knows.

Well considering using Alchemy after Recovery hurts you, it would seem so.

With any luck this will be a skill that can't be used during the disarm phase, like Life Drain. Otherwise... >3>
