Tested, no effect on magic shields, it skips the animations on healing though. But healing is already chaincasted so its JUST an animation skip for one full cast of 5. None of us have Party Heal at rF and Instant Cast to check yet.

We'll have to check, KR test wiped since we tested it and nobody currently on KR test or live has both skills.
