Okay, why the random change? None of the skill pages say "0" when the stat isn't adding from the start.

Nearly all the spots where 0 or - is applicable, its been normal to do -.
Only ones that don't have this for the most part are the Divine Knight Skills as far as I see.
Such inconsistency :x
