Extra Hotkey slot

is there a way to remove a skill if you placed it in the wrong place? I'm talking about those 2 extra hotkey bars.

Right click? Like in the normal hotkey bar?

You need to either put one over it or unlock it, remove it, then relock it. Once locked, you can't accidentally remove a skill icon.
