You will need:

• At least 6 x 6 of open Inventory Space
• A fast mount - preferably one that flies, like the Nimbus
• A Tailoring Kit
• A Gathering Knife or any Blade
• A Handicraft Kit
• A Tail Cap
• Branches
• Wool and Large Nails
• Bundles of Flowers
• Berries
• Small Green Gems and Firewood
• Potatoes, as well as Eggs OR Barley!
• Fresh Honey (optional)
• Everything Corentin Can Ask For (optional - it's a long list.)
• Wings of a Goddess (optional)
• A speed-upgraded Pickaxe and Rank 1 Harvest Song (both optional)
• Premium/VIP Service or expendable Gold for Fast Travel (optional)

We start in Tara

Begin at Hans at 7 AM.
He'll ask you to wear an item that you must provide.
If you're just starting out, then this item will be a Tail Cap.
Be sure to wear the item in your Gear Tab (NOT STYLE TAB) and speak to him to model a portrait.
You may immediately discard this portrait.
At 9 AM, deliver the job.

Now, to Tir Chonaill

We're going to see Piaras at the Inn.
Piaras has a broad variety of PTJs. If you're lucky, he'll ask for branches.
If you're unlucky, he'll ask you to make Leather Straps...
Regardless, blitz through the job and rush to the Deian at the East Field.
Deian's PTJ pays for itself! He asks for a fraction of what he rewards. Well worth it.
At this point, it should be between 10 to 11 AM.

Enter: Emain Macha's Part-Time Job Board

Head over to the fountain, it's time to meet your best friend! The Part-Time Job Bulletin Board!
And to make things better, Emain Macha's Jobs are all easy and quick! No crafting!
Pick up Agnes' PTJ from the board and get it done!
Next, grab Galvin's PTJ! It's all so easy!
Now, Del's turn. She might ask you for a delivery, but she may ask you for Bundles of Flowers! Even better.
Finally, Nele's job - another quick and easy delivery order.
If you've been moving fast, it should be around 1 PM.

If time allows it... Continent Warp to Belvast

The cut-off for Mont's recruitment is 2 PM, but the job itself is very easy.
Just bully some children for money.
If you're WAY ahead of time, contemplate Barry...
If you don't have enough time to reach Mont at the Bank before 2 PM, or don't particularly care for these two jobs, skip Belvast completely.

Warp to Dunbarton

Head over to the PTJ Board next to Glenis! We're picking up Eavan's PTJ first, before it cuts off.
^{Once you hit Intermediate PTJs for Eavan, you should do hers after Aeira.}
With this easy delivery task out of the way, return to the board.
Believe it or not, you should have a little time to spare - enough to do Simon's PTJ next, even if it's a Tailoring Order.
Return to the PTJ Board once more, this time for Glenis. Her jobs can vary like Piaras - pray you get a quick one!
Conveniently, you're already next to the PTJ Board. Pick up Aeira's who also tends to be quite convenient.
Then, we're back on the mad rush. Return to the PTJ Board again for Stewart's job, which has you speak to between 1 and 6 NPCs... yeesh.
You may skip Stewart, but it's recommended to stick things out if it's not yet 5 PM, because...
Nerys. Her job can only be handed in after 5 PM, but hopefully you've timed things well that it should be exactly 5 PM by this point.

Head to Taillteann

Go straight to Eabha at the Alchemist's house. His job should take no time at all, provided you have the materials ready.
But now, we hit a fork in the road...

Path 1 - Easy Mode

Take Collen's Part-Time Job and complete it instantly. Then rush back to Tir Chonaill to pay a visit to Ferghus.
The cut-off time for Ferghus' recruitment is 7 PM. You must move quickly to catch it.
The path converges at Port Cobh.

Path 2 - Intermediate Mode

Get to the Cathedral in Tara as fast as possible, it's time to grab Corentin's job... if you want to.
Her list of jobs is wildly unpredictable, often requiring materials that are tedious to gather.
Either way, Pencast is outside. His job is slighty easier than Collen's - no eggs needed.
Finally, the Jousting Arena is where you'll find Lileas, who also has an annoying job.
She'll also force you to desummon your pet, and you can't summon them in the Arena. Keep this in mind if you stored your tools and materials in the pet Inventory.
The path converges at Port Cobh.

Convergence at Port Cobh

Wherever you were, you now want to warp straight to Cobh Moongate and meet with Ascon.
Don't forget your handicraft kit!
You'll have a chance to breathe with this leisurely Handicrafting PTJ...but it's not over yet!

FINAL BOSS - HARD MODE
Sion of Bangor

You may or may not have the time or Luck to beat Sion's PTJ in time, but if it's roughly 9 PM...
Use the Dungeon Guide to teleport directly to Barri Dungeon, which takes you right to Sion.
Take his PTJ, then use the Traveler's Guide to teleport to Blackstone Beach Mana Tunnel and mine like your life depends on it.
You must gather Iron Ore, and lucky gathers will not count.
Make sure you pick up the Ore too, you'll be delivering it.
Use a Wings of the Goddess^{(marginally faster)} or the Dungeon Guide to travel back to Bangor.
Deliver the Ore to Sion before the 11 PM Deadline.

Footnote

You may have noticed, I left Lery (Puppet Shop) out.
Lery's PTJ takes so abysmally long that by the time you've finished it you would no longer have the time for anything else. It's a massive waste of time.
Barry might result in a missed job in dunbarton if your luck and timing is bad. I do recommend skipping him as well, but he might be a more comfortable option than Sion...
And yes, if you take the intermediate path and do not skip any PTJs, you will achieve 20 in a day.
I haven't fully tested this route with Advanced Difficulty Part-Time Jobs, obviously. If there's an issue I'll update this guide!
