Not sure where I should've put this, but projects seems likely. Is there some sort of API or XML where we can get data as to when Sylvan/Mokku spawn? I would like to use it in a discord bot preferably. If anyone has any tips or ideas let me know!

Ah sorry I didn't see this. I don't have anything like that. The algorithm is effectively laid out here in code but I'm not sure I could translate that into an explanation.

TimerRotate works by taking the epoch (S here means Server time) and rotating once from the start every every which she's put here as 15 minutes. So at the epoch it's the first entry, at 15 mins after it's the second, etc. When it reaches the end it loops around.

As for the entries in the rotation, that's where my knowledge ends. I don't know how that works and it's a bit much to read, but maybe Yai could explain it to you.
