A reforging tool that shines with a dazzling light, capable of even more elaborate work than an Exquisite Reforging Tool. Has a varying chance to grant attributes (excluding boosts to racial transformation skills) to items that can be reforged, potentially increasing the number up to the maximum of 3 attributes or upgrading to Rank 1. These tools grant new attributes each time they are used, so if a piece of equipment already has an attribute on it, you will need to consider whether to try for a better combination of attributes.
