With the hood up

I saw the image was cropped, but the cloud is an effect when the hood is up. So, shouldn't we leave the cloud in the image so people know that is what the effect is?

Oh, that's part of the robe? Then the images can be reverted.

Yup it is a part of the robe ~ I don't own one myself but everyone I've seen with the hood up (regardless of what they have on under it (or lack under it)) has that cloud & rain effect.
