Limitations
Can be used on Novice rank Music skills
Can be stored in the bank
Bound to the player
Can only be used on Music Talent Skills
Cannot be traded, or mailed to other players
Cannot be used on Rank 1 Skills
Cannot be transferred to other characters in the same account or stored on pets.
