Details
- Can be used to increase the amount of points of a specific Set Effect by one.
- Can only be used on Weapons and Equipment that already possess the Set Effect stated in name and description.
- The increase is capped at 10 points, allowing one to use the specific Set Effect through just one item.
Limitations
- Cannot be dropped.
